Here's What to Expect

  • 10 Metabolic Workouts: The program is 2 weeks with 5 short metabolic workouts each week. The workouts are strength based, but they will get your heart rate up to give you the feeling of a full cardio workout. You can do them either in the gym or at home with 2 rest days built in. The workouts range in time anywhere from 10 - 30 min.
  • No Equipment Needed: All workouts can be completed without equipment, but a medium-weight long resistance band and 1 set of medium weight set of dumbbells are recommended. 
  • Group Coaching and Accountablity: Consistency is key in any program. Together we'll build a community of moms in a closed Facebook Group all participating to help keep us accountable and motivated. I will be participating in the group by answering questions and providing insights daily.
  • Additional E-mail Education on Nutrition and Mindset: In the the 2 week program, you will recieve 5 emails with specific tools on exercise, mindest, and nutrition. 
  • A Continuation Plan: You will walk away from this jumpstart with an understanding of fundamental movement patterns and a foundation for habit-based actions that will ultimately lead to long term results. In addition, you will leave with a continuation recommendation to continue on your path to success! 
  • Is it safe for me? Strategy is important for all postpartum moms, and I'm on a mission to help moms return to exercise without pain and other uncomfortable symptoms. The program is clear on which strategy is best for you depending on your process.

Navigating a postpartum body can be challenging especially if you don't know where to start, but it doesn't have to be. My hope for you with this free program is that you have all the necessary tools to start feeling confident in your fitness routine without pain, without food obession, and doable in your demanding schedule.

Hi, I'm Beverley Simpson!!

I'm thrilled to have you participate in this Postpartum Jumpstart. My hope is that we build confidence in this new postpartum body, provide accountability, support, and get results.

As a working mom of two young daughters, prioritizing efficiency in the shortest amount of time is essential. These workouts are designed to build muscle and strength, while giving you the cardio burn safely in the shortest amount of time.  

Even after years of extensive pre/postnatal education, training clients, managing trainers and fitness managers in NYC, I still tried to operate like I wasn’t pregnant and believed I’d get my body back in three months if I breastfed. I thought “doing what you’ve always done,” “just modify, and the 6 - week clearance check was enough guidance to help navigate the new postpartum chapter. My eldest daughter taught me how wrong I was and Postpartum Jumpstart was born.
